See which organizations/clubs are still doing virtual activities and participate. Use spare time to become familiar with new skills / softwares / methods. If they have downtime because everything is shut down, perfect time to teach oneself as much new stuff as possible.

As a commuter and working student, it’s hard to find time to join clubs. During my junior year, I was an assistant coach for kids soccer. It came up in both of my interviews. I think work + volunteering really helped me land 2 internships.
