I am actually trying to shop him in my SF dynasty team.
First year in my startup. Some of the other managers are in need of a QB. KTC and the other trade value sites say he's worth a late 2-3rd pick. Maybe I can get that for him? Wouldn't that be worth 20-30$ faab?
I‘m not so sure that somebody would be willing to pay a 2nd rounder for Big Ben only. You‘d probably have to add another player to get it then. Question is, how big is the roster/waiver wire available in your league? If there‘s scarcity then he‘s probably worth more, however managers might be looking to use another position on the SF.

Yes for either. Ty’son does not appear to be a long term dynasty player. Next year Gus and Dobbins are back and in Baltimore a guy like ty’son can be explained away as part of the system. I would take Sutton first then Waddle…but I would take it.

Thinking about taking advantage of the Rondale Moore hype and flipping him for Javonte Williams. Would a straight swap be fair or should there be some sort of 2nd/3rd rounder included?

So far I have done fairly well. I'm 2-0 and have scored the second most points. I am a bit lost on if I should make a move or sit tight for a bit and see how it goes. Thoughts? If I should make a move, which position do you think needs the most help?
Sell high on Kupp and/or Corey Davis. Kupp and Woods alternate every few weeks who is good but for some reason people are acting like Kupp is in full takeover mode. They guy is still one of the worst man coverage beaters in the NFL so I’d move him with Corey Davis for an even better win now piece if possible like Calvin Ridley or AJ Brown maybe
Kupp, he doesn’t beat man coverage in 1 on 1 so he’s just a product of the scheme. It’s always been like that on LA. Woods will outperform Kupp probably at some point and people will overreact to that as well. Kupp can easily be top 15 this year but some are acting as if he’s top 5 so maybe shop him around?
Looking for insight here - my first year doing dynasty so I'm still a bit shaky with values. First place after 2 weeks and in win-now mode (i guess?).
I Give: 2022 1st, 2023 1st, 2023 2nd
I receive: Kenny Golladay, Brandon Aiyuk, Elijah Mitchell.
12 team Dynasty league…SF/PPR:

Team below:
QB: Mahomes/Brady/Winston/Mond

WR: Hill/Evans/Boyd/Sutton/Callaway/S. Watkins/D. Brown/J. Reynolds/D. Mims/O. Zaccheaus
TE: Kelce/Higbee/J. Cook
I wouldn’t say to make this trade. Elijah Mitchel is not the guy and frankly no 49ers running back is because that’s not how Shannahan roles. Golladay and Aiyuk are two great buy lows, but considering firsts get you receivers like Jamar Chase and Devonta Smith, I don’t think it’s worth it
Thanks for the input - would your opinion change if Mitchell/2023 2nd were removed from the equation? It wouldn't help the "1sts" argument but the way I see it - Chase & Smith would've been off the board by the time it got to my hypothetical pick (next year... assuming (praying) late 1st)
appreciate the input. I guess my question is... are 1st "sure things"? Again - not questioning it, just new to Dynasty. My guess is I'll have a fairly late 1st rounder next year (and hopefully 2023), so is there weight to guys who have proven they can play vs. hopefuls?
Trying to acquire Javonte Williams - a bit unsure about contention 2 weeks in but dynastyranker has me 3rd:
Damien Harris + a mid 2022 1st a good deal on my end. What if I were to add a 2023 2nd on top? Would that be too much?
4th year in this league and I’ve come close but never won. I’m pushing it all in this year with an aging WR core and my two best RBs are getting older. I’m one of 3 teams that could win it this year (IMO) with others with good young pieces and draft picks building for the future (they will be scary soon). With my team would you stand or would you try and pick up pieces like CEH or MT using draft picks and younger players? What kind of strategy would you have to win this year and then TRY and stay as competitive as you could for the future?

Definitely no need to fill this team with guys like CEH or MT, trading some of ur lower receivers like Corey Davis to try and get another good player would be interesting but Clyde wouldn’t help you at all
I’m definitely willing to trade Davis, Terrace and picks but I’m not sure who to target. The top TE besides hock and Andrew’s are already on the other contenders teams. Maybe pay up for Hock? Or are there other players you would suggest?
Unfortunately Kelce, Waller and kittle are all owned by the other contending teams. So I’m left with going after Hock or Andrews (both teams not competing this year) What kind of package would you give up for either of those considering my team?
Thanks for the response!
What do you think about going after Gronk instead? I’m going to inquire about Hock but I’m thinking that might be a decent back up plan if I can get him for what would be a late 2022 2nd?
Is it still worth holding onto Drew Lock or is it safe to let him go into the wind ?

Not the deepest benches because of IDP and I'm gonna need to start dropping useless duds eventually
I’m thinking so too. Plus I’m in compete now mode so I could potentially use claypool or the picks to upgrade my week spots ( maybe TE or deepen my RB pool)
Could you help me out:
My QB in a 1QB league are Tanny, bridewater (streaming for this week) and Burrow; do you think I should trade a late first for Hurts?
Personally I wouldn’t trade a first for hurtz. I’d you really wanna get an upgrade on QB I’d trade tannehill and a first for someone. Josh allen comes to mind, he’s a good buy low and maybe even wait one more week since his matchup isn’t great for him this week. Dak might also be another option.

12 Team TE Prem PPR SF
Any suggestions here? Need to rebuild but don't have a good idea where to start given a pretty weak bench.
QB: Lawrence, Burrow, Hurts, Wentz, Minshew, Mond
RB: Dobbins, Najee, Gus Edwards, L. Murray, Mattison, Lindsay, J.J. Taylor, Huntley
WR: J Jefferson, Diontae Johnson, Michael Thomas, Dyami Brown, Rashod Bateman, Parris Campbell, Denzel Mims, Marquez Callaway, Tutu Atwell, Jaelon Darden
TE: Kittle, Higbee, Akins, Dissly
Have all my own picks for next two years plus one projected early 22 2nd.
You need to rebuild? You’re planning on tearing it down? You’re solid at QB and WR. TE depth is good with Higbee (look at his routes run and usage numbers). RBs need some work but that can be accomplished. I’d look for a RB trade or plan to be a mid-level team this year and then grab one in the draft
I guess rebuild is a bit strong. But I don’t think I can compete with the top 3-4 teams even if I traded picks to improve RB, so I’d like to build up some picks for next year but don’t have any obvious players I’d want to sell to a contender.
You really don’t want to sell to a contender period. Their picks won’t produce difference makers for you. I’d look at teams you believe to be closer to the bottom. I don’t always like to start by sending out offers. Rather I like to ask managers what they perceive their weak points to be and how they evaluate players
Anytime! I try to think about range of outcomes for every player and picks. It’s certainly possible to build a contender from picks back from the top 5. But the margin of error is far, far slimmer

My reasoning- already have top tier receivers, gives my team more depth, Hollywood has showed consistency and just as good as DJ Moore this year so far.

Booker/Ty’son Williams/J. White/Jaret Patterson/Wayne Gallman WR: Hill/Evans/Boyd/Sutton/Callaway/S. Watkins/D. Brown/J. Reynolds/D. Mims/O. Zaccheaus TE: Kelce/Higbee/J. Cook
49ers players scare me in fantasy, no deal
I feel like you are going to have an eminent hole in your team at QB and the easiest way to fix that is with first round picks
If you are trading multiple firsts you want a sure thing. That's not what you are getting here. Pass
appreciate the input. I guess my question is... are 1st "sure things"? Again - not questioning it, just new to Dynasty. My guess is I'll have a fairly late 1st rounder next year (and hopefully 2023), so is there weight to guys who have proven they can play vs. hopefuls?
Trying to acquire Javonte Williams - a bit unsure about contention 2 weeks in but dynastyranker has me 3rd: Damien Harris + a mid 2022 1st a good deal on my end. What if I were to add a 2023 2nd on top? Would that be too much?
I’d give up Harris + a 2nd but I would not do Harris + a 1st unless you got at least 2nd back but I would ask for a 3rd as well
4th year in this league and I’ve come close but never won. 12 team Superflex PPR 30man roster Qb- Russell Wilson, Jalen Hurts, Jimmy Garappolo, Taylor Heinicke, Drew Lock, Cam Newton, Kyle Trask Rb- Nick Chubb, Dalvin Cook, D’andre Swift, Miles Sanders, Tony Pollard, Ty Johnson, Ke’shawn Vaughn, Kerryon Johnson Wr- Deandre Hopkins, Keenan Allen, Chris Godwin, Corey Davis, KJ Osborn, Terrace Marshall, Deonte Harris, Dyami Brown, Tutu Atwell, Josh Gordon Te- Dallas Goedert, Robert Tonyan, Jonnu Smith, David Njoku, Gerald Everett 2022 2nd, 3rd, 4th 2023 all picks
Noah Fant and Hock both great targets, Rashod Bateman good prospect peice
I’d try and improve that TE spot. Goedert won’t get the use that we wanted with ertz still in town
Unfortunately Kelce, Waller and kittle are all owned by the other contending teams. So I’m left with going after Hock or Andrews (both teams not competing this year) What kind of package would you give up for either of those considering my team? Thanks for the response!
I’d go after Hock, maybe a package around Marshall?
What do you think about going after Gronk instead? I’m going to inquire about Hock but I’m thinking that might be a decent back up plan if I can get him for what would be a late 2022 2nd?
Price check on Aaron Rodgers?
First in 2QB
My QB in a 1QB league are Tanny, bridewater (streaming for this week) and Burrow; do you think I should trade a late first for Hurts?
Is it still worth holding onto Drew Lock or is it safe to let him go into the wind ? 12 team SF. Have Kyler, Herbs, Mac. Not the deepest benches because of IDP and I'm gonna need to start dropping useless duds eventually
If Teddy goes down he will get some trade value attached to him so I would hold onto him until then
Banking on a teddy injury seems like an awful longshot. Nobody even really wanted Lock even when he was a starter
10 team .5 ppr 2QB SF give: Jefferson Get: Allen, Claypool, 22 late first, 23 late second, 23 early 3rd
That’s tough, I think I do it because you get similar production from Allen and JJ this year. Then Claypool gets a solid young QB in the future.
I’m thinking so too. Plus I’m in compete now mode so I could potentially use claypool or the picks to upgrade my week spots ( maybe TE or deepen my RB pool)
Could you help me out: My QB in a 1QB league are Tanny, bridewater (streaming for this week) and Burrow; do you think I should trade a late first for Hurts?
Personally I wouldn’t trade a first for hurtz. I’d you really wanna get an upgrade on QB I’d trade tannehill and a first for someone. Josh allen comes to mind, he’s a good buy low and maybe even wait one more week since his matchup isn’t great for him this week. Dak might also be another option.
I like that plan for sure
10 team ppr. I give swift and a 6th and get Singletary and a 2nd. I seriously cant believe this person thinks this is a fair deal. Am i crazy?
You're not crazy. Swift side by a mile.
Thought so. Thanks.
Keep Swift
Ty
Could you help me out My QB in a 1QB league are Tanny, bridewater (streaming for this week) and Burrow; do you think I should trade a late first for Hurts?
I wouldn’t but I’m also new to dynasty. Are contending?
12 team ppr - who is your favorite streamer/WW TE to add? currently starting Njoku at TE cause Irv Smith is hurt...
Jack Doyle my man, thank me later
8 team, SF, 0.5 PPR, TE Premium Give Mike Williams for Stafford? WRs are: Amari Cooper, Chase, Higgins, Williams, Golladay, Hollywood, Ruggs, Reagor, Myers, Callaway, kirk, gabe Davis My QBs are Russ, Darnold, TLaw, Tua, Ben. I’m probably looking at a bit of a rebuild. Been sitting on Williams for years, excited to see him putting it together. But Stafford seems like a good return.
You don’t have any use for Stafford, send the house for Kyle Pitts if you’re rebuilding
The team with Pitts is a top contender but qb needy. Thinking of packaging stafford or Russ to get him

Yes
I accept. Waller is 29, Tannehill is 33, and you'll never start Waller over Kelce.
Don’t, Kliff Klindbury off will always tail off at the end of the season because it’s literally just make kyler scramble and make a play.
Yeah I’m leaning no right now but the idea is tempting. I just hate to consolidate so much into one person
I absolutely do this trade.
10 Team PPR - shallow rosters Worth dropping AJ Green or MVS to pick up Patterson/Beasley/Slayton? Competing this year
MVS droppable in every fantasy format I can think of
Oh I figured. Drop AJ as well and grab two guys? Or hold him?
Hmmm I’d pick up Beasley for sure
Tempted to put Claims in for both and drop AJ and MVS, but not sure..

What’s your team’s situation? Najee might not be quite right with that OL for a minute. If you’re looking to contend immediately with Najee he doesn’t guarantee it

Seems like a decent set of moves for ya
12 team SF 0.5 ppr Rebuilder gets: Dobbins, Jeudy, 2022 1st, 2023 1st, Irv Contender gets: Chubb, chase, Schultz
I think it's a Win-win deal. Just keep in mind, the firsts are likely late.
12 Team TE Prem PPR SF Any suggestions here? Need to rebuild but don't have a good idea where to start given a pretty weak bench. QB: Lawrence, Burrow, Hurts, Wentz, Minshew, Mond RB: Dobbins, Najee, Gus Edwards, L. Murray, Mattison, Lindsay, J.J. Taylor, Huntley WR: J Jefferson, Diontae Johnson, Michael Thomas, Dyami Brown, Rashod Bateman, Parris Campbell, Denzel Mims, Marquez Callaway, Tutu Atwell, Jaelon Darden TE: Kittle, Higbee, Akins, Dissly Have all my own picks for next two years plus one projected early 22 2nd.
All good points. Appreciate it.
Anytime! I try to think about range of outcomes for every player and picks. It’s certainly possible to build a contender from picks back from the top 5. But the margin of error is far, far slimmer
Not much you need to do really. Move Michael Thomas, possibly Kittle, and you’re pretty much young and rebuilding already
I agree with this. One more RB, and one more WR and you're stacked...or even 2 younger WRs.
12 Team SF PPR (rebuild) Give: Tannehill and Keenan Get: Michael Carter, Elijah Mitchell, 22 1st, 23 1st
If they both project early to mid then sure but if both late I’m not sure
12 team .5 ppr Traded: DJ Moore Received: Hollywood Brown, Eli Mitchell, Corey Davis Felt like I had to take this deal. Other notable WR and RBs on my team: WR: Metcalf, Justin Jefferson, Jerry Jeudy, Jarvis Landry, Marvin Jones, Bryan Edwards RB: CEH, Najee Harris, James Rob, Michael Carter How’d I do?
Not a fan personally, feel like 4 quarters (or 3) for a dollar, rather have the guy that I think will be a wr1 for years
My reasoning- already have top tier receivers, gives my team more depth, Hollywood has showed consistency and just as good as DJ Moore this year so far. Also being a jet fan I know Darnold has looked solid through 2 weeks but I don’t trust him when teams are going to pick up on Moore being his favorite target
Great trade imo
Aaron Jones + Julio for MT 2022 1st 2023 1st both late 12T SF
I'd likely hold regardless. Jones alone is worth two firsts though likely mid picks at least. And the ???s around MT are spooky.
For a non playoff team sure
If you’re trying to compete, I wouldn’t

I'd say 10-15% 20-25% if you're the Kamara owner
12 team SF PPR I'm a top 3 contender and lost Dobbins and mostert I give: dobbins, 2022 1st, and pollard I get: aaron Jones and 2022 2nd.
That’s a bigggg price tag on Aaron Jones imo
