Van Jefferson or Landry for the chip tomorrow 😬
Who would y’all start at the flex between Dare Ogunbowale, Jaret Patterson, Gabe Davis or Jordan Howard?
Championship game today 😭
Jesus probably Howard
PPR, gotta play two of the following four in the championship:
D'Onta Foreman, Dare Ogunbawale, Laquon Treadwell, AJ Green.
My instinct was Dare and D'Onta but the more I look at the last Titans game the more scared I get, feels like a three-headed monster there now with McNichols and Hilliard.
Foreman and Green.
I'd ignore Davis Mills in a non superflex.
The guys you need to win a championship are different than the guys you should target for the future. For those future players I just go for upside. So young players, rookies, etc, and drop the vets you picked up for plug ins during the season.
Craig Reynolds is an easy drop, so is Jordan Howard. I'd also drop Ogunbawale after he hopefully wins you (and me) a championship.
Brevin Jordan would be a priority for me as he is actually producing as a rookie and although you have Hock you mostly have lotto tickets behind him.
Then I would go high-upside guys. Sermon and Vaughn. Yes they have been busts so far but they are still young guys with high draft capital and with the huge benches you have in this league should def still be rostered. The RB pecking order in SF is notoriously fluid and both Fournette and RoJo are free agents next year.
Probably these guys won't hit but they have more potential than veteran guys who we know exactly who they are at this point.
Who’s the play for the eagles this week? Howard or Scott if you had to choose one?
Big Ben or Drew Lock tomorrow? 6 pts for throwing TD
Big Ben retirement narrative
Trevor vs Pats
Andy Dalton vs NYG
Yes Im desperate.
Gross but I think it’s gotta be dalton right
I think so...or a flex rb/wr. Think dalton best ceiling
Depends what the flex options are
start mike evans tomorrow? Worried about a tyreek hill game considering reports he was winded at practice and has the hamstring issue
Must start 3 of the following for the championship.
Last week I went with Monty, Waddle and AJ. Thinking about switching out Monty for Chase this week. Any advice?
Monty vs. Chase seems to be a toss up to me. Jamarr probably has the higher ceiling cause this bengals chiefs game could be an epic shootout. But the Giants also suck which works in Monty’s favor. I guess I would go with Chase but like I said I would feel confident going with either
Who should I start at QB. I can't go wrong with either of them but want to see some other thoughts. Full PPR
Dak vs Cardinals
Hurts vs No Name
id go dak
Had to think about this one...really tempting but I'd probably pass. 4 firsts is too steep for Dak.
Just got offered this
10 team ppr superflex
I give : aaron jones , Dillon, waddle
I get : cook , mattison and 2 early 2nds . Pretty much pick 11 and 12 .
Playing for the chip and like cook over jones but I could stand pat . This is a tough one
Slight underdog in the championship tomorrow, I'd say both our rosters are strong so I'm ok taking a bigger risk with a potential high ceiling guy. I feel pretty good with what I've got but open to thoughts.
League: SF, PPR, 2 WR, 1 flex, 1 SF, non-TEP
Deciding both the flex and SF spots between:
Tyler Huntley, Tannehill, Corderelle, Cooper, Mooney, Jeff Wilson, Justin Jackson, Pollard, Bateman.
I think my biggest conflict is Cooper or CP for the flex spot. Patterson helped take me to the 1 seed, so feel bad keeping him on the bench, but last few weeks touches haven't been great and has become very touchdown dependent.
Cooper is hit or miss but had him on my bench last week and made it to the ship by less than a point.
Also the homer in me wants to start Mooney but there are smarter options I think.
(Also for reference, rest of Roster is: Stafford, N Harris, D Harris, Waddle, Higgins, Knox.)
huntley and amari
Thanks. That's who I currently have but glad to get some validation on that.
amari had a good showing after asking for the ball more and arizona secondary has been struggling... im starting patterson this week out of necessity but really just hoping for a touchdown and not much more
He'll be on my bench....so there's a really good shot you're going to get a 30pt game out of him.
hahaha me starting him balances that out but fingers crossed
8 team first year league. Weak rb, strength wr te.
Trade mahomes ceh
Get chubb, 1.07 or 1.08 this year and 1st 2023.
If it's SF hard pass, even in 1QB unless you've already got an Allen or Herbert it's also a hard pass for me.
Three first rounders are tempting but you have a proven elite QB in Mahomes.
Edit: as a Trey Sermon (~1.09 2021 rookie draft) I can tell you first hand that first round RBs can be a crapshoot. Also have Najee though thankfully.
Its not sf league. Just start two qbs. And its only 2 firsts. Hes in the championship so idk if its 1.07 or 1.08
Oh yeah misread that as 'and' instead of 'or'. Definitely wouldnt give up Mahomes in a league where you have to start 2 qbs. Definitely an upgrade at RB but I'd imagine the QB pool is very shallow and to chance it on drafting your way into another top tier QB that may take years to develop is too risky IMO.
12 man ppr
Give: Dionte Johnson, Dallas Goedert
Get: Kittle, Claypool
Does this sound fair
That’s fair but I prefer the diontae side. Kittle is def an upgrade but dallas is still potentially a top 5ish guy at the position and I’d much rather have diontae than claypool
In my PPR fantasy finals: Pick 4 players to start out of these
Terry McLaurin, Elijah Mitchell (if active), Damien Harris (if active), Devin Singletary, Dare Ogunbowale, and Derrick Gore
Any group of 4 that doesn’t include Derrick gore is reasonable to me. If I had to pick I’d go with the first 4 you listed tho
Thats what Im thinking as well. My only struggle is how much of the run game will Mitchell have with him being limited with Lance and Wilson playing more, as well as Terrys slump. I may pick Dare who might get a ton of volume
Start three of:
Marquez Callaway vs CAR
Mecole Hardman vs CIN
Mike Williams vs DEN
Braxton Berrios vs TB
Zay Jones vs IND
Isaiah McKenie vs ATL
Donovan Peoples Jones vs PIT
Laquon Treadwell vs NE
If Sanders is out then McKenzie makes the list. Very close but I'd probably go Williams, Berrios, and Treadwell.
This is hard but probably Williams zay and I guess treadwell in full ppr, maybe dpj for more of a big play ceiling
If AB can't go tomorrow, who you starting in a PPR?
Hunter Henry, Boyd, Gaskin, Jordan Howard, Tyler Johnson
As. Higgins owner, I'm really worried that tomorrow is going to be Boyd's turn after they step up coverage on Tee and Chase.
tyler johnson, - last man standing
PPR. Higgins or Amari Cooper to start this week?
Higgins all the way
Im feeling Higgins
Need a desperation flex and SF with Cousins/Fournette/CEH out. 12 Team SF PPR TEP
Heinicke, Landry, Freeman, Parker, Perriman, Golladay, Gesicki, Everett
Pretty set on Landry in the flex. Heinicke would be intuitive in the SF, but he's kinda hard to trust so ¯\\\_(ツ)_/¯
12 Team 1QB PPR
Desperation QB start:
Who ya got?
12 Team Sf PPR. Looking to make a high risk/high reward trade
Give: Evans, 2023 2nd (mid/late)
Get: MT, Sutton
I think that's a solid value, but I don't think it's necessarily high risk
DJ Moore or Cortland Sutton this week?
Sutton is last WR standing and feels like he might get hyper targeted and force fed.
DJM with the Darnold starting
12 team Sf
i probably would - can't trust CMC will play many games
I would not do this, unless you have CMC
^(all bots deserve some love from their own kind)
Slight favorite this week.
kyler or Taysom? Been watching Kyler, it looks awful there And Dall D. Haven’t seen Hill yet.
I'd rather lose with Kyler than lose because I played Taysom Hill over Kyler.
Kyler, he's bound to start showing up again for the playoff run eventually. Like Mahomes in the last few. Taysom is a crap shoot and could blow up, but since you're a favorite I'd take the conservative route.
Worth trading Gibson for DK or Deebo to play in the flex for the big dance?? Or plug Dare/Gore?
It's worth trading Gibson for Deebo even without the flex need. I'd do that for sure.
10 Team Full PPR, was a contender got bounced from playoffs and looking to probably get younger since top two teams in this league are stacked
Give: Cooper Kupp
Get: DK Metcalf, Antonio Gibson
I would do this immediately
I would do this
Trying to understand if swapping a 2023 late 1st (which we all know 2023 class is stacked) makes sense if it’s for the locked in 2022 1.05 pick?
1QB, .5 PPR, 12 team
Side A: 2022 1.05, 2023 mid 3rd
Side B: 2022 early 5th, 2023 late 1st
Why do the trade now when we don't even know landing spots? I think value wise it is fine, but I would caution against projecting the 23 pick as late. The other owner doesn't seem to agree
Touché, love the argument about landing spots. I projected late 1st because the 1st I’d be sending belongs to someone else who is locked in top 4. And the dude getting the 23 1st already has 4, this would be his 5th. He doesn’t care where it lands, he just wants it. Which is why I’m considering, since I know his 22 is 1.05
If you think he might flip the 1.05 to someone else and want it desperately, then I'd do the trade (as you also get an upgrade from a 5th to a 3rd!)
On a value basis, I'd rather have the 1.05 this year than the 1.10 next year, solely due to the time value of these resources.
Who are you looking to land at 1.05 anyways? Or do you just like the top tier-ish?
My man! I’m attracted to the top tier-ish, first and foremost. And I’m in win now and don’t have my first pick until the 4th round this year. Here’s my team (keeping this 16 and 3 taxi heading into next year):
QB: burrow, Stafford
RB: swift, Akers, Conner, Fournette, Edmonds, Khalil, rhamondre
WRs: Diggs, DJM, chase, Aiyuk, Jakobi, DPJ, Gabe Davis
TE: Kelce, Pitts, Parham
Probably looking to land best RB/ WR avail. My league LOVES RBs so could see first 4 picks being RBs leaving me best WR
Man if they run 4 rbs first you will have a homerun of value taking top wr there. I like it, especially with your roster and the league info you added.
Word, thanks homie.
What's the question
I’d prob sit Boyd, but no issue with sitting any of them. Go w ur gut.
Pick 3, 0.5 ppr
Everyone but JP
12tm SF .5ppr
B: AJ Dillon, 2.03
Saquon by a mile And no fan of him.
B if you can get a 1st. Saquon warrants a first, even if it’s later in the round. AJ Dillon is an animal.
Saquon by a good margin.
A, still need a late first or more on B (instead of the 2.03)
Saquon pretty easily for me
I’d ask for a sweetener on the B side, but seems decent for both sides as currently constructed
Who would you start? 14 team SF ppr
SF: Tannehill or Dalton
RB pick 1: Hunt, Pollard, Foreman, Ogunbawale (would have to pick him up)
Tannehill and Pollard
Dalton here. Thinking Miami D is pretty legit and will cause turnovers.
Pollard probably. I don’t think Hunt is healthy.
Yah that's what I'm thinking with Miami. I like Pollard, Hunt is an uncertainty. Sleeper says Ogunbawale is an rb2 but idk.
Hunt or Foreman, leaning Foreman
Not scared of Dolphins D eh?
Nah, I just think Tennessee comes out swinging this week. Now that AJB is back in the grove, their offense should run smoother
Definitely helped last week, after a scary slow start.
Tua or Huntley?
Sit two: Zeke, Saquon, Javonte Williams, Damien Harris, Josh Jacobs.
Right now leaning Huntley and starting Harris, Zeke, and Saquon. I know I shouldnt start Saquon, but I love him and want to believe in a big week from him.
I'd start Huntley, but I'd sit Saquon and Jacobs.
Sitting Saquon and Jacobs.
Huntley over Tua
Zeke, Saquon and Josh Jacobs. Give me the guys who should get guaranteed volume
I like it
I’d take this
Even without Marshall, I like this deal. Higgins is amazing and 2023 is going to be a good year. If there's any chance that 2023 1st is top-6, go for it.
Meh, feel like you can do better here. I’d ask for. 24’ 1st instead of Marshall or at least another usable asset
.5 PPR TEP
Mooney, DJM, M Williams, Knox, Higbee, Ogunbowale
Currently going with DJM and Mooney
I'd go Moore and Mike Williams.
DJM and Mooney are the picks
10 team ppr superflex
Thinking of offering DK for deebo ?
