12 Team 1QB PPR - I’m in a full rebuild What’s my next step now in the off season? I’ve acquired a disgustingly large amount of draft capital (7 1sts and 5 2nds in the next 2 drafts). I’ve sold almost all of my older players that don’t fit my timeline and have a good young core. Is now the time to trade for younger guys? Do I do that with my draft capital? Or do I try to combine picks and move up? Or do I just sit and wait until the draft is like a week away? Thank you 🙏

I'd either look to move up in the draft by pairing a couple of those picks, or use them to acquire proven young studs.

I'd do it for sure - depending on the top 3, there's an argument to be made that you would consider saying yes with Sanders excluded.

This is my thinking. In a big rebuild but coming towards the light. My only rbs currently are Akers and Stevenson. I plan to take Hall at 1.01 and then I'm assuming Walker at 1.03 if we do the deal. I think I will be set at rb then. This still leaves me with 1.08, 1.12

Draft a QB this year and keep JT. JT and Swift is an elite combo that lets you be patient with Trevor and anyone else you bring in from the draft. Russ should hopefully recover from his finger injury and bounce back a bit too. Wouldn’t panic on QBs yet. JT looks like a monster though. Wouldn’t give him up for much anything honestly

With that QB room you’ll probably not use Mac and the 4th rounder is almost worthless. Take the 1.06 and get a skill position player.

Assuming it's 2qb or SF format, i would take the lance side and it's not close. Lance > waddle If you are hesitant on Lance's risks, you can even flip him for a slightly older qb like dak russ or hurts (i would ask for hurts plus more).

I currently am in talks to get Jets for Terry + Tlaw so I kinda get you. I think getting Lamar is really good value but you already are strong at QB. If you plan on moving Dak then that changes things, but I dont think its worth trading arguably dynasty WR1 when you dont need to and youre in a rebuild

Gus side. I'd rather take on a chance with a rookie than taking a soon to be 30 yr old wr coming off of a major injury. If you get lucky you can get someone like a tee higgins or st brown at 2.02

Others may disagree with this but I anticipate Juju gets traded and Diontae stays the guy in Pitt. The first is going to give you good trade value as the draft gets closer. The 2024 2nd is better. Gesicki is nice as a TE but depending on who you have idk how much of an upgrade it would be. DK is definitely a nice piece no doubt but I think Diontae and the 1st is better imo.

On top of this Diontae gets separation, even with Juju on the field he was eating targets. He fixed his hands issue and will only thrive in short routes with whoever is brought in next year at Pitts QB

Imo your window is still open next year - now that you won and have free seasons, I don’t hate accelerating a rebuild though. As for who to target, I think Rashaad White is a nice grab in the second if possible (perfect grade in BirdSeiman’s model)

Not necessarily trying to accelerate a rebuild or even start one. Attempting to re-tool. I’m petrified of Thielen, Zeke and Woods drop off specifically Zeke barely cracked 1k and is a TD dependent back now. I honestly feel like he should get more receiving work but their WR core is loaded. Schultz is a TD hog as well Thielen may very well be WR3 in Minnesota behind JJ and Osborn. Then they have Irv Smith Jr coming back who will probably eat some of Thielens RZ work Woods is just dead weight. Probably WR3/4. Could be behind all of Kupp, OBJ and Van Jeff. He did have double digits every week other then 1 week so idk. But he was a maddening WR to start week in and week out. I’ve seen some of Whites tape. Not exactly a power back but I love that he can put up receiving numbers. I’d take him with 2.11 if he’s there.
