Have you found any with a GF label in the USA?
I keep seeing lists that say they are Gf, but a lot of the lists aren't recent, the candy company itself does not label them as GF on the package, and does not say they are GF on the website. I was thinking that they may no longer be considered Gf by the company, at least in the USA.
This website seems to be out of date on some of their candies' GF status. I wouldn't necessarily assume they are correct without double checking with the company.
Albanese has sour gummy bears and sour gummy worms that are labeled gluten free. I usually go for Sour Patch Kids myself, but you might prefer something that’s labeled instead of something that just doesn’t have gluten ingredients.
Their FAQ stating that gummies are made in a gluten free part of the factory (no shared equipment): https://www.albanesecandy.com/faqs/
No longer labeled GF, at least in the USA, within that last year or so. :( Mars says it no longer labels candies Gf due to potential cross contamination.
Oh no! I'll keep a closer look. I have a bag of regular Skittles in my pantry that says gluten free, and at Halloween, the small packages were as well. I'm in Canada, so it may be different. Skittles have always been my favourite.
Over the last week, I've stopped to look at skittles when I see them in a store. Every package has been marked gluten free. I hope you're able to find some!
Aw man...just went to check at our store, hoping maybe things had changed, but no. looks like the US just misses out. Glad you still get to enjoy them, though!
I contacted their manufacturer just before Halloween last year (for the USA, anyway), and asked what candies of theirs were GF.
They did not list any products as being gluten free and then gave me a link that showed what lines had gluten on them so it would help me in, and I quote here, 'finding gluten-friendly options.'
Doesn't look like Warheads is considered GF by Impact confections anymore, least not in the USA.
I did not know about sour jacks, and those look awesome!
although all skittles now are no longer labeled GF, as of sometime last year or so, looks like. least in the USA
Oh that would be lovely!
I was finding GF labeling until about a few months back and now none of them are, in my area, and the company said they weren't labeling gf.
That would be awesome if it's back!
[Candy Kittens](https://candykittens.co.uk/pages/faq) have at least one sour flavour. Don’t know if they’re available where you are. I used the link here to their FAQ page bc it explains their gluten free status.
If you reallly wanted to go for the gold, make your own!
Malic acid is the sour apple taste and if you look at the ingredients of most sour candy, you’ll see it.
Sounds scary, mal prefix usually means bad, and acid sounds bad too….but it is now. It is derive from apples and is available in a pill form at a vitamin store.
Anyway, open a gelcap, put a sprinkle on/in something and there you go!
I put it plus sugar in apple juice to make it more apple-y; will sometimes mix it with different jams or jellies…you can do a lot!
Ive actually been known to take a regular gummy candy, get it damp, adhere some malic acid to it. And than whatever it was, is now that, sour.
One little bottle of vitamins is a lifetime supply.
Canada Candy Company makes some of the best gf candy. Their sour jubes are sought by many. Dare also makes some Gf candies. Mike and Ike sours. Kerr’s candy company are all gf. Google gf sour candy and some good options come up. Canada Candy is my go to.
Nuts.com has GF sour gummy bears. They are super sour but not a hard candy, if that’s more what you were looking for. I’ve never had a problem with them though. I’ve also ordered candy from Naturalcandystore.com and you can sort by allergy. I don’t remember if they had sour candies or not though.

No gluten containing ingredients, though they're British and I couldn't find exact info. Been eating them for years, no GI symptoms, no DH breakout, though, and my DH is CRAZY sensitive.

Torie and Howard has excellent sour candies. They have chewy squares like starburst and hard candies. I recommend the sour berry chewy version. Kinda expensive and have to order on Amazon but delicious and safe.
Haribo makes a lot of sour versions where I live that’s gluten free - most of the time. You always needs to read the ingredients for traces as it varies.
I don’t know if it’s “good” sour candy but it’s what I could find
In the store? In Denmark. The 60% are random though. One kind will be gluten free in one store and the same day will have “may contain” in another and then it switches around all the same.
I believe sour patch kids are GF, but it’s been a few years since I’ve bought them and would suggest confirming before eating.
They still are :)

I eat them like it’s my job, they are still good!
They are. They are my youngest’s favorite and she was so excited that she could still have them. Made up for not being able to have red vines
>sour patch kids They aren't sour enough for me and somehow to sweet. But thanks! :)
They are. I eat then more than I should!
In Australia they contain wheat starch :(
Sour skittles are yummy!!

The sour cherry and fuzzy peach candies were gf last time I bought them (canada)
Just finished eating some!
Mmm love them ❤️
Albanese makes sour gummy bears. You can grab some off Amazon if you can’t find them in stores.
These really are the world’s best!
I eat a pack a day. But the way they can be better is if you eat them frozen!!

Oh, please let me know if they are GF still up there! Maybe I should look at getting imports sometimes, LOL. :)

Warheads, but read it for yourself.

I've eaten no problem.
Sour jacks are gluten free sour watermelon candies. Sour skittles are my go to as well.

I just bought a pack last night and it was still labeled gf here in the USA. Hopefully it’s back?

These are not gf in the US. At least the strawberry flavor isn’t, that’s the only one I’ve seen

Giggles! Super addictive, good ingredients.
Torie and Howard has excellent sour candies. They have chewy squares like starburst and hard candies. I recommend the sour berry chewy version. Kinda expensive and have to order on Amazon but delicious and safe.
Thanks everyone! I'm from Denmark, so buying from Amazon can be really risky. But that's some great recommendations from everyone (:

Last I checked, haribo is not due to their syrups.
Haribo makes a lot of sour versions where I live that’s gluten free - most of the time. You always needs to read the ingredients for traces as it varies. I don’t know if it’s “good” sour candy but it’s what I could find
🥲Haribro always says “may contain gluten” because of the possibility of wheat sugar.
Not the ones I buy, but it does vary. I’d say 60% of bags I find in stores are completely free for gluten on the ingredients lists.
where do you find them? i miss haribo 🥲
In the store? In Denmark. The 60% are random though. One kind will be gluten free in one store and the same day will have “may contain” in another and then it switches around all the same.
