My first project: create a barrel monster in the place where I want to build my own base... then create another barrel (or chest) monster with all the materials to build it... xD

Bruh my first project was make a house and i made a massive oak cube with a bed, 2 furnaces, a crafting table, couple chests and a bed. Still very comfi though

Good eye, hard to tell for the spawners, you could fake those with a mangrove root block, but for the portal he says he built around that feature. Actually if he built in the deep city perimeter there would be no spawns except warden as per design, so I could be wrong! Damn…

Also, why have diamond gear after clearing out the deep dark in survival?

thanks ! it took me 70 hours to build, and like a month to edit haha but it was worth it, i think it turned out looking awesome :)

Why is it always hardcore? Why does this never happen on any other game mode

Everything sounds cooler if you put hardcore in front of it, which is really convenient for clickbait YouTube titles: "I built the biggest Minecraft Iron Farm!" VS. "I built the biggest HARDCORE Minecraft Iron Farm!" I really doubt any of these "hardcore" minecraft YouTube creators actually delete their world when they die (unless they were thinking of ending that 'season' anyway), because it could literally cost them their job in some cases. So I treat it as basically a more commercially viable (sell-out), clickbaity way of saying "single-player survival". The exception being streamers because if they die on stream it does actually probably mean the end.

Yes, unless a content create live-streams everything, it is impossible to determine whether their world is legit. They could load backups, use creative or commands. They could also eddit the statistics file to hide it in the world download.

One of the questions I’ve had for the longest time.

Why I deleted the world in Hardcore? Why I deleted the nether in hardcore? Why I deleted the end in hardcore? Why I put ocean in the nether? Why I built 100 biomes in over world hardcore? Ok so this is really cool but genuine question: Why are hardcore players obsessed with this mini-biome genre of builds? Not saying it ain't cool just wondering why.

i feel like bc its hardcore and you only has one life its a cool way to build to like embrace all the biomes and every experience in the game. In hardcore it frequently ends up being about mass competition so these types of build symbolize that in a way. Just an opinion but thats how I view it

I feel like this theme of just using all the minecraft biomes in a build is just becoming overused now. Im always seeing it on youtube and on this subreddit as well. Im not criticizing your build, I think it looks great, but I would love to see more variety in the community.

This may be a dumb question, but do you have some way of saving this world in case you die? I understand that the point of hardcore is to stay alive or you lose everything, but I would be devastated to lose this much work after dying. Do you have the world as a backup or something so you can still play in it after dying?
