omfg, you guys. [Expiration dates](http://paulaschoice.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/304/~/expiration-dates) and [shelf life list](http://paulaschoice.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/355/related/1). It's not like they're hiding?
Neither is the difference between vitamin C types, nor that Apricot Scrub causes Micro tears, or that chemical peels are dangerous if misused.
That doesn't stop anyone from asking us which C serum to use for their problem, doesn't stop anyone for asking if other scrubs cause tears, or asking for confirmation that their plan for a peel is okay.
People could google just about every single question that is asked here. Perhaps another person had never even thought about expiration of their non-sunscreen products until they saw this post.
Why does it bother you? If you didn't want to answer it, why not just scroll past it?
I mean you could have just replied: "Unlike many skincare companies, Paula's Choice has a nice table of their expiration and shelf -life by product on their site." or went above and beyond with and included the links.
Instead you choose to be aggressive. It took more time to be so.
I wanted to answer it. I also want people to realize that we aren't the people to ask. I like helping people, but I don't wish to aid and abet incompetency.
... there was just a post about the plethora of companies that don't even list their product's ingredients. Yet not realizing some companies may have a comprehensive list of their product shelf life is a sign of incompetency? You didn't even know, you told OP to send an email. It makes perfect sense to post a quick question on the hopes that someone already asked than to send an email and wait for a response that may very well not come or will not be thorough. Right now we have a post about a company responding with a broad and unhelpful answer. This is not a sign of incompetency.
Why are you asking us? Email the company.
eta: You can literally find both the expiration dates and shelf life on their website in the help section. Did you even look?

Yeah... so I just let OP know...
So my retinol expired like a month ago I didn't open it until now is it okay to use?
It'll be safe to use but the retinol won't be effective. Retinol has a pretty short shelf life to begin with.

Kudos to you, that level of hand-holding is beyond my patience. If I can Google it, they can Google it.

At least your flair is accurate. Definitely a grouch.
... Because the odds are good that some of us have already emailed and asked?
