23 is a pretty good age to get into partying. Go out dancing, make a ton of friends, smoke some weed. If you get any opportunities to travel, even for the weekend, just do it. Try new things, especially if they sound weird. Buy that outfit that you don't think you can pull off. Experiment with your sexuality (safely, with protection). Pick out a food you've never tried before in the grocery store. Try a few new hobbies. You will make a lot of mistakes and have a lot of heartbreak, but you'll be glad you took the time to learn more about yourself and the world. And by the time you get to your 30s, you'll know who you are and what you want, and life will start to get a little easier.

Travel. I know money can be a concern but travel in a cheap way then, road trip, sleep in your car, camp, whatever you need to do. Seeing different cultures, perspectives, and lifestyles can teach you so much about life. When you’re young you’ll have the energy and desire to do the crazy adventures and mingle with strangers.
