Western CT here. Beginning of April, the local dealer didn't have any Ravs on the lot. If I ordered, would be 4-6 months they said. Ended up selling my leased Rav to them for more than the buyout. 2022 used Ravs on lot were going for about the same as MSRP on brand new ones.
Ended up getting a Bronco Sport down the street at MSRP off the lot.

Hey guys, I’m sort of out of the industry now, doing box trucks and tractors rather than retail cars like I did my whole career
My brother needs a RAV4 Hybrid, just crashed his truck and needs something asap. Not too picky on models but lower end.
Any advice on finding one and getting the right deal on it? Is sticker the right deal on these atm?

Good luck getting a RAV4 at MSRP asap. It takes months of waiting to get one at MSRP. Most in stock Hybrid ravs sell for 3-5k over
Most places are over MSRP for any Toyota hybrid. Do the math on gas savings versus mark up.
