Keep going, suburban!! You've got this. You'll make it thru these ups and downs. Once clots are gone there are options for the future for those of us Havign a hard time getting to 100. Not sealing our fate but trying to provide the hope we need to endure this relentless bullshit. I'm on 6 pills of nep a day. The start up process in the initial weeks was nothing short of challenging. I'd love to push to 9 pills of this enzymatic napalm when my body is ready. This stuff is fire 🔥 in a capsule. Deceptively Benign on the outside, these pills are Potent on the inside. We are waging bio warfare. Bring out the chemical and tactical nukes. So nep it is. Early alert: We will Prob have to add on lumbrokinase for a power boost after we are up and running on nep. I did my nep build up by adding one pill per day. Some days I stayed at same dose but most days I blasted thru. So it's good you are going up at your pace. I'm glad to report I have made big gains with nep and tt. I've climbed from dead last rock bottom to just bottom lol. Now, I could prob sit up long enough to sign a DNR and last will. I might be Able to engage with my confessor and accept last rites. Took about 3 weeks on nep and tt to not feel like any day could be my last/hoping it would be. But that's lc and clot busting. Appreciate the detailed update. Keep letting us know how it's going.

Stay strong and good luck with your recovery!

Did Dr. Vaughn do they clot testing? Does health insurance cover it?

SuburbanDad18

yes and I didn't even try.

Lcur0709

Costly?

SuburbanDad18

Between the test itself, shipping (need to overnight it), and blood draw cost me $400

Lcur0709

Thanks!

mmbellon

Is there a website and instructions he has to send your blood to him to test for micro clots? I'd really like to do this.

Muffin_Appropriate

Usually a local lab is involved that you go to and they send it in for you to ensure it’s not contaminated etc. Likely comes with instructions for finding a local lab. Most cities have local labs for this exact purpose.

blackwhitetiger

Interesting - I am in NYC so Mount Sinai is an option which would be free but there are 250 people ahead of me in line. $400 may be worth pulling the trigger on. Any idea if I can just do the blood test without seeing them for other things?

Shoddy-Problem-800

I also am one of the lucky few sensitive to LDN, took it for a week and it made my neuro symptoms worse and they remain worse to this day. Could he just a progression of LH but I think it was the LDN. That’s crazy you still have so many microclots. So sorry. I’m also about to get mine tested through Dr. V. 9 pills is so many but hopefully that’s what does the trick for you. I’m glad you have the validation, all of us need that!

SpecialistCicada3083

Can someone explain triple therapy to me

ktbird08

I just saw had my 1st visit and picked up my stack today. Wish me luck.

Dream_Imagination_58

Hi, curious how your treatment has been going

d_rev

Thanks for the update. Wishing you the best and keep us posted!

RealBigBenKenobi

Is the recommendation now to take 9 pills of Neprinol PLUS triple therapy? Or just Neprinol?

SuburbanDad18

My current regiment is (* indicates new): - 3pills neprinol 3x day* ( before was 2x2) - 500 mg metformin 2x day - bromelain 2x a day* - 100 mg alpha lipoic acid* - vit b12 - magnesium-threonate (2000 magtein) - 600 mg NAC 2x day - triple therapy - 1 mg Er guanfacine - 10 mg melatonin - occasionally spm active, antihistamines - 20 mg citalopram (unrelated to lc) - 800 mg reservatrol 2x day*

SpecialistCicada3083

Why are you taking metformin are diabetic?

SuburbanDad18

I am not diabetic. I have a bad allele of the PAI-1 gene. Consequently blood is more prone to clotting. Metformin works to correct the mis-expression of this gene. This was prescribed by Dr. Vaughn. Interestingly, a study recently came out that found amongst those hospitalized with covid, those individuals who were taking metformin were 40% less likely to develop long covid!

SpecialistCicada3083

That’s very interesting clots are no joke I’m currently on blood thinners and have had dvt that led to a PE. That’s interesting complex mechanism of actions Also that’s crazy to I just looked it up after reading your comment there’s so many things that go into all this.

Pablogelo

Can you link the study?

RealBigBenKenobi

Thanks for the details! That is a very large amount of anti-clotting activity between the 9x Neprinol and Triple Therapy. It's crazy to think my blood could be that clotted.

blackwhitetiger

How is this new regiment working for you?

SuburbanDad18

Fine. Since I last posted, neprinol no longer has a noticeable difference on my brain fog, or if it does, it's lessened drastically. Previously, I would consistently be materially foggier 3 hours post taking it. I stopped guanfacine. It was indeed beneficial to me, but not enough so as to enable to return to work. I decided to stop it bc the side affects (low bp, feeling of dullness) outweighed the improvement in fog. In general, i am getting better, but progress has been tortuously slow.

blackwhitetiger

Do you have an expectation for how long your treatment with Dr. Vaughn will last?

SuburbanDad18

Probably 2-3 months im guessing

Dream_Imagination_58

Hi, curious how things are going for you now?

SuburbanDad18

TT resolved some symptoms for me, but wasn't able to cure my brain fog. Im currently taking a lot of anti-virals. I should know if it works in about a month i reckon. I plan on posting an update then

Angelogical

How were you tested for micro clots?

Dream_Imagination_58

Dr Vaughn assesses your blood under microscope

BirdDog5150

Thanks for sharing. Any progress is good progress. Stay strong and see this through to recovery!

FancyLancy1

Thanks for sharing, die you stop the nattokinase after the symptoms came up again or kept it as part of your stack ?

SuburbanDad18

I did take a break from it for a few weeks, then slowly worked it back up. In hindsight, I wish i had just followed the doctor's suggestion and started natto-serra from the very beginning. I was under the impression that triple therapy alone was sufficient to destroy all the clots.

lisabug2222

Hi, are you taking natto now?

SuburbanDad18

Neprinol has a lot of natto-serra

blipblap

What's the story on how a normal x-ray (???) doesn't pick up these large clots (not micro at all?) and what type of imaging actually does?

SpecialistCicada3083

Pulmonary CT with contrast. (Source I am medic and have had PE not fun)

CactusCreem

Hey props for at least trying some things out. Sucks that you had reactions.

PatinoMaurilio

How did you get tested for microclots? I don't want to go to SA. Too many hours on a plane for me ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|sweat_smile)

Dream_Imagination_58

Dr. Vaughn in Alabama

curiousnootropics

What symptoms of microcloths do you have?

Mackey735

So when you say you wished you would’ve taken sera and nato from the beginning are you saying Vaughn would’ve prescribed them both with the TT??

retard_wknd

Curious if you’ve improved after another 90 days have gone by?

SuburbanDad18

Resolved some symptoms. Definitely necessary. At some point i developed some new neuro symptoms unfortunately…

retard_wknd

Wow, sorry to hear about the new symptoms. Are you still going thru treatments?
