Yes, some diets are tempting because they work, but no one tells you what to do when they are over. I have been yo-yo my weight far too many times. Now it's the first time when I really take it slowly, and trying to make a new lifestyle. Just coming out of a week of Covid-19, I have regressed a lot, and I would have been crushed in the past and quit, but now I know my goal is so high and long term that one week doesn't make a difference, on Monday start over again, and I know I will be back on track in no time!
