So gratified to see so many people voting Daredevil! Definitely the best.
Daredevil proves every marvel movie/TV show doesn't need the end of the world to be at stake for it to be good. Matt Murdock's world is at stake and that is what makes it so compelling and relatable.
B i n g o. Nailed it
Take that argument and nail it to the wall, so every person who doubts the stories of the street level heroes can see it.
Have to rewatch Daredevil now saw 1 or 2 seasons years ago on netflix.
Me too, I thought I was the only one who loved it as much as I do
Came to say Daredevil. I loved Loki but Daredevil.
Daredevil is leagues ahead the other shows it's not even close
Daredevil first...I think Wandavision and then Loki, but both of those two are pretty close. And Jessica Jones season 1 was also fantastic...
I assumed they meant the d+ shows because yeah otherwise it’s clearly dd. Even season one of jj beats all the d+ shows as much as I love them
I think daredevil is by far the best
That one shot hallway fight scene is the best I’ve seen what a masterpiece
I think the stairwell scene is better but we are just splitting hairs at this point. Both are incredible
I think the prison escape is season 3 is the best but all were spectacular
Aren’t we talking about the same scene
Youre talking about the stairwell scene in season 2. I’m talking about the prison riot in season 3
Ah yes you’re right I loved that one. Damn they are all too good to choose from
I loved that scene so much! And the neat detail how taxi was still waiting outside for him. Coming to the prison as a civilised person and getting out half dead with all the fire and slaughter in the background.
I swear it’s my favourite fight scene in the whole of mcu. Read an article on how they did it. When daredevil walked into the rooms he would swap with the stunt man for the trickier bits. It’s was so smooth
Saw that one as well! Really smooth transition indeed
Daredevil is a freaking masterpiece. It’s so well balanced I love it.
Daredevil is Intense, Loki is just beautiful...If you ask me, apples and oranges.
I'd say Daredevil is a full on fruit salad.
This is the correct answer
The correct answer
I grew up watching old sitcoms with my dad, so WandaVision hits me straight in the nostalgia.
100%. Wandavision was definitely a nice tangy touch to the MCU we know.
Daredevil and punisher are the best for me
Daredevil is so well balanced and has such a classy tone. It explored characters and storyline’s in a really awesome way making it the BEST MARVEL SERIES. But the best Disney+ series for me is WandaVision
Ikr Daredevil has more thrilling and gripping storyline than any other marvel shows. It amazes me most of 'em haven't even watched it.
Jessica Jones season 1 comes in a **very** close second. There’s scenes with Killgrave controlling people that had me even more so on the edge of my seat than Daredevil.
Punisher was underrated af, Micro was one of the best supporting characters I’ve ever seen
The first season of that show was simply perfect. The cast, the themes, the story, the tone, the fights... I think the show suffered a lot from debuting right after a mass shooting I don't remember where exactly—Marvel had to tune down promotion critically and the show premiered in relative indifference.
Now if they are brought into MCU i really hope they will keep the realistic and gritty of these characters. I want to see an actual fight, not a normal person falling from the big ass base and landing without a bruise, it's just ridiculous. Especially Punisher here, if Disney can't except how he fights, just leave the guy alone, don't make some bullshit series about Frank seeking respect and making friends along the way like the shit BOBF they are doing. Or maybe they should make Disney+ R edition and let the characters be themselves
Punisher actor Jon Bernthal already said that he will not continue as punisher if Disney+ are making him *family friendly*. Really hoping Mcu won't mess him up. I really love that character.
The man is an angel.
I would say daredevil is a little better because the characters and storylines were more fleshed out (even if there was a lot more filler). It’ll be difficult for Marvel to top DD if they keep going for these six episode long series imo
“A little better” it’s much much better
No, X-Men the animated series is the best show on Marvel
I wish this was on Disney+
Staying away from you
Crap. Crap, crap... megacrap.
To me Spider-Man animated series.i was recently watching it. Man they have so many characters in that show. Daredevil, blade, punisher n bunch of others.
I like xmen too. But it was okay for me. I used the love the Silver surfer series. Wish they made more of it. Maybe disney can bring it back like x-men
Is it Loki or is it Spider-Man? Lol
Parker! Parker! Parker! What are ya, deaf?
Then stop pretending to be!
You don't want to be famous? I'll make you infamous!
I think X-Men is better just because it feels like it actually had an ending, while Spider-Man just kinda drops off because the president of Fox Kids didn't want to renew it.
Go! Go! Go, web, go!
Does anybody care about what *I* want?
The show was good show. But there was this super annoying guy who was in charge of the show. They fox network canceled a popular profitable show just so tthey didnt have to work with that annoying guy anymore.
Whatever behind the issue qas the show ended without MJ. hopefully Disney will bring it back like the xmen
It was Margaret Loesch, president of Fox Kids, who hated Avi Arad and just wanted him gone
I'm hoping if X-Men 97 explodes, they'll do Spider-Man 97
I don't know
What do you know about high society? Actually, don't answer that.
(Humming theme song very intensely)This! Dear friend have you heard that they are making a continuation to this series on Disney +? It's supposed to pick right up where the story left off, and most of the voice actors have agreed to return to reprise their iconic roles. Except for the actress who voiced Jubilee, she vacated the role so that in Asian American actress could be cast instead of a white woman, being that Jubilee is Asian American.
I have heard of X-Men 97 and I'm excited for it. Eric & Julia Lewald, the writers & developers of the show, and Larry Houston, producer & director of the show, are consultants. Lenore Zann (Rogue) & Cal Dodd (Wolverine) have posted pictures of recording sessions. I'm geeking out over it.
Same my dude!
Do 'Asian American' people have different voices from 'white people'? Asking from the land of non-America where I'm being massively weirded out by all of this. I get this passes as socially progressive these days but I don't really get why everyone deems it so when dividing workers by skin colour and sticking epithets before nationalities for everyone but the local so-called whites.
I feel like we have blinders for that show. It went downhill fast the animation got worse too. Opening credits forever in our hearts though
Oh no, I fully recognize the horrible writing in later seasons and the grotesque animation when they switched companies. I've even had discussions with the people that worked on the show and they agreed with me. The only positives from the last season are Wolverine working with Captain America & the "Graduation Day" episode (series finale)
Wanda Vision was by far my favorite.
I think the ending became way too “marvel”, but overall the show was my favorite. I didn’t love the other shows nearly as much, although I love TH.
I agree ! Mini Marvel movie with each episode, my favourite too
Wandavision had something so different every week, it was dramatic and exciting in a different way, especially that 8th episode backstory. Loki built up this huge narrative that I'd binge the heck out of if it was like 24 episodes. I just like time travel stories tho. Both were 8.5/10 on average per episode for me.
The ending was what sealed it for me, and Scarlett Witch as my favorite hero
Honestly I kind of forget the Netflix Marvel shows simply because I don’t use Netflix anymore. But yea Daredevil and Punisher were definitely top tier shows. The new shows aren’t bad but they can’t really compare because the way they’re setup is more like a long movie cut into episodes rather than a show
i'd say the best is daredevil, then jessica jones s1. honestly the first two episodes had me interested for what would happen for the rest of loki but like.. mate it fell off pretty hard around the third episode and afterwards.
Always have to scroll down a lot to find the Jessica Jones recommendations. Idk why the go to is to recommend Punisher’s show together with Daredevil’s. Imo Punisher fared better on Daredevil than his own show. Jessica Jones season 1 however paired a just as compelling protagonist up against a villain that had me on the edge of my seat almost the entire time.
Gonna be honest, in hindsight, I really think Loki is a tad bit overrated. It's mostly just talking and setting up future stuff. I think *WandaVision* and *Hawkeye* are far superior
Yeah i've never seen so many plot holes in tv series
I personally agree
Agreed as well.
I would say it's one of. Based off of perspective, I got to say I was probably one of the few people that wasn't looking forward to the Loki show, but after the first few episodes, I was hooked. I really enjoyed the story, and the implications of this story on the greater MCU going forward. Honestly I believe that they all are good in their own merit. I guess it just depends on what kind of person you are and are you okay with the message that show puts out. Because each one is kind of different. Loki pretty much dealt with redemption in the consequences of your actions. WandaVision dealt with mental health issues and the consequences of not properly dealing with your issues and looking for shortcuts. Falcon and the Winter Soldier dealt with social issues, it probably class issues as well. Hawkeye dealt with dealing with the consequences of your past. If I had to bring some personally, it would be Loki, Hawkeye, WandaVision, and then Falcon and the Winter Soldier
You know what man. I think you are 100% correct.
In the MCU. falcon n WS is my second favorite show. I was fuming at the end of the 1st episode of falcon when the govt made new Captain America. By episode 4. I was like this guy just killed an unarmed man with the literal symbol of good.
Did daredevil get wiped?
Imma get downvoted to hell for this.
Absolutely not. We were set up for an interesting buddy cop show starring Owen and Tom. Those first two episodes were Fantastic, they had comedy, mystery, action, plenty of fan service that was really enjoyable, and plenty of complicated dialogue that was still interesting and followable. They then decided to make the show about Loki tryna fuck himself. None of the action really had me, other than the single shot scene at the end of episode 3. On top of that, it was pretty much nothing but talking and walking, it was boring. Overall I did like it but it was a huge letdown for me.
Same. I loved Loki up till episode 3 or 4 but that’s it. The other aspects in the series was boring and n it anywhere close to Daredevil or WandaVision.
Anyways my fav Disney+ show is WandaVision followed by Hawkeye, what abt u?
Hawkeye followed by wandavision lol. I’ve always been a big fan of Hawkeye from the comics and was sad he was always thrown in the back of all the avengers projects. Even tho he was still put behind Kate I loved him in the mentor type role with his time as ronin. Wandavision was really interesting and a lot of fun, it’s only topped because I just found Hawkeye a lot more fun
Nicee. But I have to disagree that hawkeye wasn’t “put” behind anyone. Yeah the story started off with Kate who is an important character but that’s it, it was more abt Clint and Kate is a close second
Yeah, just my personal thoughts. But overall I think marvel has done pretty well with its D+ shows
100% agree with all of that. Loki trying to bang himself was pretty cringey, and the show past ep 2 was overall really boring. The climax was really good but the finale was insanely disappointing.
Also the TVA is probably my least favorite thing in the MCU at the moment, I hate time travel bs and the TVA is just a mixing bowl of contradictions and plot holes waiting to happen.
It honestly felt like the script was pulled from a 15yo girl’s Wattpad account.
The problem isn’t that it’s too talkey, the problem is that what they’re talking about is either boring or stupid. You can make great stories about people just talking (12 Angry Men is probably the biggest example), but you need to make sure what they’re talking about is interesting.
Exactly. And that’s what they did for the most part for the first 2 episodes, then shit hit the fan
**whistles the Agatha All Along tune**
Agatha all along… until it wasn’t.
All of marvel? No.
Disney plus? Maybe either this or Hawkeye
My thoughts exactly
Wandavision is up there!!
I liked Hawkeye more
Nope it’s WandaVision for me and after that is Hawkeye. WandaVision rocked it by exploring a innovative and creative aspect and Hawkeye omg I loved the series for the characters and character interactions. But this is just Disney+
The BEST marvel show is easily daredevil. It’s a fucking masterpiece
Hawkeye is the best Disney+ Marvel show, but overall it's a tie between the Spider-Man animated series and Daredevil
Eh... it was hardly a show. More like a long movie.
No, definitely not
I liked Wanda vision more
I liked Hawkeye the most I feel
Wandavision is the best
fuck no, not even close
*Daredevil staring motherfuckerly*
WandaVision is better
Personally I think Agents of Shield is the best marvel TV show though I haven’t seen Daredevil yet.
Do yourself a favor and watch it
I would have to recommend Daredevil seasons 1 and 2, then The Defenders, THEN Daredevil season 3. I *think* that was the right order (something happens in the Defenders that affects season 3 of Daredevil).
don't spoil, but yes, first watch defenders before season3, it might not make sense otherwise
Hawkeye is better. Wandavision is more interesting. But Loki introduced some cool concepts
I loved hawkeye. The characters and the character interactions were so cooolllllllll!
You are not correct, spectacular Spider-Man is the best marvel show
Awww... Ms. Brant, get me a violin.
Daredevil’s my number one but Loki is a close second
Have you heard about Daredevil?
hawkeye. prove me wrong..lol
I didn’t really like Loki-
(The show not the character)
I disagree. Hawkeye was really good in my opinion.
Definetely not. It was heavily flawed but the idea was good. It’s still better than some, but I feel like people just like it because Loki is a fan favorite
Daredevil by far is top tier fiction
The Disney plus marvel series have been a huge disappointment for me honestly. Daredevil on Netflix was so good it made me happy af that they're keeping charlie cox as daredevil going forward.
Hawkeye - Loki - Wanda Vision - Falcon & Winter Soldier
Hawkeye was the most developed series with a beginning and end and worked very well, even as a standalone season tbh. Loki was a fantastic way to introduce new and wacky alternate timeline and realities early on and did a great job, I loved the ending with the exposition dump from he who remains or whatever, Wanda was great and led to so many cool things but to me the ending was meh and kinda typical marvel formula, Falcon and winter soldier while fun to watch annoyed me with the whole villain aspect, fake cap would have made a better main villain than the red head chick.
USAgent couldn't fight new cap. Cuz he is still some what good. N USAgent gonna join the dark avengers or the thunderbolts.
I liked Loki a lot but I personally liked WandaVision more.
Daredevil is better, but loki is amazing though
Daredevil takes the cake
Daredevil and Punisher both exist
I liked Hawkeye and WandaVision more.
I think Hawkeye was quite a bit better (even with how much I dislike him) and WandaVision was way more interesting, I'd put it at #4 (I'm including DD).
no, lol. Disney + series goes to Hawkeye. Animated is X-Men evolution. Daredevil is also top 3*
Wanda was better imo
Personally I actually liked wandavision barely more
I prefer Hawkeye in the MCU shows. But if we're talking all Marvel shows, Daredevil is #1 if you can stomach some overly brutal scenes.
That's an odd Hawkeye poster.
Wrong, sir! Wrong! It is and always will be Daredevil.
Daredevil all the way, currently rewatching it ! Quality scenario (probably an understatement), quality fight scenes, super casting, 3(4) seasons to enjoy, the pleasure never ends !
Daredevil is in my opinion
Did you forget daredevil exists?
The show is so messy and poorly written imo.
i’d say it has the best aesthetic of any of the marvel shows, but i honestly hated it the most. i loved mobius but pretty much everything past the second episode was boring, convoluted, and uninteresting. i also just really hate the sylki ship and hope it doesn’t go anywhere.
i’d say my ranking is
1. FATWS (it has a lot of flaws but i think the great parts overshadow the few negatives)
2. Hawkeye (clint has always been my favorite avenger so i really liked this show, kate and yelena are great as well)
3. wandavision (i might need to rewatch it bc i haven’t seen it since it premiered, but i liked it. nothing crazy tho)
4. what if (i really liked this show, but i feel like i can’t justify putting it above wandavision
5. loki (:/)
No. Daredevil is the best
If you count Daredevil it claps all of them. Bout out of the Disney plus ones I think Moon Knight has potential to be the best
Wrong. It’s Daredevil
Not if Daredevil is canon
Why did you even have to ask this question?
Until Moon Knight
I thought it was and then I watched Daredevil after No Way Home and man was I missing out. Daredevil is not only the best show but much better than most of the marvel movies in my opinion. If you haven’t given it a try I strongly recommend it
No, but it’s fun
The first few episodes were really good!
Can’t say the same for the rest of the show.
I mean Loki took everyone's advice and went and fucked himself
*upbeat music*. Living in the edge! Fighting crime, spinning webs!
Loki is one of my favourite characters. But I couldn’t watch past a couple of episodes. Loose storyline and subpar direction IMHO. I may be wrong but I expected better presentation.
Daredevil is miles better. I personally prefer all the other D+ shows over Loki tbh
Spectacular Spider-Man is my favourite Marvel show
Daredevil is my favourite Marvel Netflix show
Hawkeye is my favourite MCU show
It maybe the most impactful show. But the best show imo which has a complete story doesnt drag and has the most charming acting (for the lack of better word) is Hawkeye.
I really liked daredevil, defenders and Wanda vision but those are just my personal favourite marvel series
No it’s definitely Daredevil.
Daredevil is overall best, on Disney plus I would say Hawkeye
This ain't even the best D+ Marvel show
Daredevil: Excuse me?
It isn't even the best show on Disney+
Hawkeyes my favorite
I think you put the wrong image, I dont see Daredevil poster
Daredevil for live action
Spectacular Spider-Man for animated
That doesn't look like daredevil
No. Daredevil is the best, and I can’t imagine anything in the MCU ever topping Daredevil.
I was really hyped for Loki but found it pretty underwhelming in the end. I probably enjoyed Hawkeye more overall.
Loki put me to sleep
In my opinion it’s Hawkeye
It's daredevil. But if we're picking nits, it's Legion.
Daredevil is the best show not only from marvel, but from Netflix.
Why is everyone sleeping on The Falcon and Winter Soldier?
Daredevil is absolutely fantastic but season one of Jessica Jones comes awfully close thanks to you-know-who's performance
Daredevil, no contest.
Daredevil for sure.
I mean it's just a better version of Doctor Who
I was wildly entertained by Loki. Such great story telling and acting and amazing characters with great arcs and world building. It was truly a great show.
That being said, WandaVision is my favorite Disney+ show. It was just so unique. It was weird and bizarre but heartfelt and raw and it talks about themes and concepts we have typically seen addressed so directly in the MCU before. It was philosophical and spiritual. Wanda had always come off as whiny in the previous films and they finally gave some depth to her grief. It really rounded out her character so well.
Also, not a Disney+ show (yet) but I have to mention Daredevil. I recently rewatched all three seasons plus Defenders. At first I did not like the third season of Daredevil. I thought it felt hollow and unmade his character after everything he went through in the first two seasons as well as Defenders but after watching it again I’m not sure how I got that impression. If anything it completes the story of his struggle to balance his two lives. He finally seems to find a place where Daredevil can stop sabotaging Murdocks life, and after learning more about the mistakes his friends have made, mostly Karen lol, Murdock fully reaffirms his belief in redemption and mercy. The whole saga is about him becoming the man without fear and overall it is quite wonderful
…you’re joking…right? RIIIGHT?
Why should i be joking?
I love Loki. Like an unhealthy amount. Don’t think it’s the best one.
Not even the best D+ show, or a good show overall IMO, arguably the second-worst D+ Marvel series after What If (and Hawkeye wasn't great either). FaWS and Wandavision both rock so its not like its an issue with D+ shows inherently, IDK what's been going on. Hopefully Moon Knight and She-Hulk turn things around (and Ms Marvel too if they course correct and make her powers and origin accurate/dump the stupid Green Lantern Genie shit)
